Terms of use

By using My Family Guard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

My Family Guard is a shared space for a family: calendar, tasks, shopping, chat, calls, an AI assistant and more. It is provided "as is", without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Features can change or stop.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. A parent manages the people in their family, including children. Keep your device and sign-in safe.

What you may do

Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload anything illegal, harmful or that belongs to someone else without permission; do not harass or spy on people; do not try to break, overload or reach into the service or other families' data. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you put in the app stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run the service. See the privacy policy.

Important to know

• The AI assistant can be wrong. Check anything important, and do not rely on it for medical, legal or safety decisions.
• SOS, check-in timers, location sharing and reminders are aids that depend on phones, networks and permissions. They can fail, so they are not a replacement for calling the emergency services (in Israel: 100, 101, 102).
• Medicine and health entries are notes you wrote, not medical advice.

Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect damage or lost data or messages, or for what other people do in the app. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Me → Privacy & my data). We may suspend or end the service or an account, for example for breaking these terms.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; using the app after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Questions: Use Settings → Help & about → Send feedback in the app.
